in a very stylish black and gold box and is
very attractive. The cover feels like linen,
although it doesn’t say what the material is
and has an embossed stylised butterfly on
both the box and the notebook.
The paper is excellent quality and there are 2 attached book marks, an elastic page holder and a pen holder. This is high end quality and would make a lovely present.

What I love about this journal is the insightful prompts and how it balances self work with relationship dynamics It’s also perfect as a gift I purchased three, one for myself and two as a gift as it comes in a beautiful gift box and I could see how beneficial it would be.
It has extras, a planner and notes section. Definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend it if you are looking to work on personal or professional relationships.
